Super water recipe
A great way to get back on track and also keep your system moving is to start your day with what I like to call “Super water”. Now, I’m not saying to ditch your coffee if you love it. But let’s start the day off with something that will help you.
– 500 ml filtered water
– 1/2 lemon (real not essential oils or lemon juice)
– 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
– Pinch of Himalayan salt
Have the water sitting ready next to your bed if possible and drink as soon as you sit up!
This combination of ingredients works together to eliminate toxins, improve digestion and gets things moving!
