As women, we’re expected to do it all: have a successful career, take care of children, our husbands, and aging parents, do housework, manage the household, and put a smile on our face when we feel burnt out! Needless to say, most of us feel like we’re ready to throw in the towel instead of put a smile on our face by the end of the day…
Good thing my colleague Marni Battista has figured out how to beat overwhelm and burnout and has created a program and a community to support women in living life on your own terms and feeling inspired!
I’ve been following Marni since I graduated from the Institute For Professional Excelence in Coaching (IPEC for short) in 2013 because then, she was the most successful relationship coach who had graduated from IPEC and she was empowering women to date with dignity. She’s excellent in supporting women in feeling confident, self-connected, and secure in themselves. Since then, she’s added lots of additional tools to her toolkit to help women thrive in all areas of life, not just romantic relationships.
I recently interviewed Marni for my podcast and she has a special, time-sensitive offer at the end if you want support in beating overwhelm and feeling relaxed, inspired, and free!
Here’s what she talks about during our interview:
-What is the secret to beating overwhelm & burnout?
-What does it mean to live life on your own terms— and what are the things that get in the way of that?
-How do you know if it’s the ‘right’ or the ‘wrong’ thing to do?
-When you are thinking of designing a fullling and meaningful life, including relationships, what are some questions you can ask yourself along the way to stay on track when things get challenging?
-How can you tap into your essential/highest self?
